Users often think that the higher the better version of the software content. It is true in general. But there are some systems that can not support higher versions of software.
The situation becomes panic when users are unable to access the data in the SMS. When the menu button is pressed, there is no display of anything that came out to show the desired data. This occurs because the Web Browser version incompatibility used by users.
Through continuous monitoring, Web Browser that can be used to access data from SMS is Internet Explorer (IE). Users are advised to use IE 7, 8 and / or 9 to access SMS. Use of IE 10 will result in the data could not be displayed. This may be caused by the program new settings or security programming that not set to support SMS.
If users have update IE to version 10, you can downgrade it by uninstall IE 10. Here are ways to remove IE Version 10:
